  • Karen Leigh Anderson

    Karen loves working with founders to start and scale businesses to change the world, doing so as a coach, trainer and consultant. She brings thirty years of work experience across industries and roles, including various start-ups as well as corporates.

    Karen’s social enterprise support career includes start-up, spin-out, scaling, investment readiness, and innovative programs on mergers and acquisitions in the Third Sector as well as social franchising and licensing. She particularly enjoys supporting social entrepreneurs to build their legacies through great governance and then excellent marketing, communications and sales.

    With twenty years in the social enterprise space Karen has worked with many social enterprises both directly and through programmes like the Cambridge Social Ventures Incubator at Cambridge Judge Business School and the largest funder of social entrepreneurs in the UK - UnLtd.

    Karen is also a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and uses this brilliant tool in her work with Social Entrepreneurs.

  • Kim Griffin

    Kim is a peadiatric occupational therapist with over 20 years' experience supporting children, their families and teachers. She currently provides online support for schools via her website GriffinOT.com and is completing her PhD on the topic of supporting self-regulation in primary schools.

  • Dr. Gina Gomez de la Cuesta

    As a clinical psychologist, Gina has specialised in autism and child and adolescent mental health and is dedicated to supporting young people’s wellbeing and development through play and positive relationships.

    Gina founded Play Included C.I.C. in 2018. As one of the Directors, Gina has developed training and resources in the Brick-by-Brick® programme, supporting social and emotional development for autistic and other neurodivergent children through collaborative LEGO® play.

    Gina lives in a small village just outside Cambridge in the UK with her family.

    She loves playing with her two children, singing, cooking and travelling to Spain where her husband is from.

  • Dr. Elinor Brett

    Elinor is a Child and Educational Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs. Elinor has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children through play-based approaches. Elinor is a Director at Play Included C.I.C, a non-profit partnered with The LEGO Foundation. Play Included C.I.C are the leading provider of The Brick-by-Brick® programme (LEGO® brick based therapy), providing Certified Facilitator training for professionals.
